The Canon imagePROGRAF series of wide format aqueous inkjet printers consists of machines from 17 to 60 inches in width.

Canon has both 12 and 8 colour offerings for the photographic and graphics markets.

The 12 color imagePROGRAF machines distinguish themselves by printing using both photo and matt black inks without the need for a time-consuming ink change or the push of a button on the console. They use less ink than almost all other brands due to their primary RGB inks and thermal heads that almost never clog.

The imagePROGRAF series has the best pigment black available in the wide format printing industry and amongst the largest colour overall gamut.
