Giclee Media Supplies opens direct Wholesale and Retail Operations in NZ.

GMS has began wholesale and retail operation in New Zealand. Now New Zealand inkjet customers can gain access to canvas, protective coatings and inkjet paper at much lower pricing and with full supplier warrenty without the need for importation from Australia or the USA.

Inkjet printing is expanding in New Zealand and GMS has operates a thriving mail order operation to New Zealand from its Melbourne warehouse. While many customers have used this service, the shipping delay and need to exchange currency has made it difficult for larger customers.

Beginning in May 2007, the GMS Premium Edition Canvas, the liquid laminates and the Moab range of fine art papers will be directly available from our Christchurch facility. GMS now accepts payment in New Zealand dollars and issues valid New Zealand tax invoices.

From June 2007, the New Eterna Sirius Canvas for Canon users, GMS Natural ZERO & Natural Bright Canvas and Eterna's excellent Elite Textured Fine Art Papers will join the NZ range. During 2007 GMS will also commence shipping and support of Colorbytes now famous Photographic RIP - Imageprint V7 and will introduce the bulk of the Australian range including Apollo spray units and Rising Matt boards.

GMS's New Zealand warehouse is operated by Paul and Jenni Gibson of Christchurch, no strangers to this industry as they own our South Island reseller Print Dot Com Photo, www.printdotcomphoto.co.nz.
